My Story
I am Theo Habashi, I have built an 10 out of 10 aesthetic physique after training for over 4 years, now coming up to 5, however, it was not always like this. I used to hate how I looked, I hated how fat I was for years. All I wanted was to get in shape, but I would always fail after listening to the mainstream basic advice on how to lose weight and build muscle. I made it my goal to get myself into shape and build an "aesthetic" body. I achieved this goal after years of training and dieting, with hard work and dedication. Now my main goal is to get YOU into shape because I know exactly how it feels to hate how your body looks, the shame and guilt you feel when you look in the mirror, or when asked to take your shirt off. I experienced all of this myself, and I would not wish these feelings on anyone. This course has every bit of knowledge I learnt along the way of how to get into shape, and if you take action on the things I say, you will finally get into shape and experience how it feels to genuinely love how your physique looks, and feel confident in your own body.
